I am delighted to welcome you to our college, named after the patriot, pride and braveheart of Bengal- Deshapran Birendranath Sasmal. As the Head Clerk and the first substantive employee of this college, it is my privilege to serve our students, faculty, and staff, ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes.

Under the supervision & guidance of the Governing Body and the able leadership of the hon’ble President and the Principal cum DDO, our office is committed to providing efficient and supportive services to all stakeholders of the college.

The college office serves as the administrative center of the institution, coordinating various activities and ensuring smooth functioning. The office plays a crucial role in maintaining comprehensive records of students; managing faculty profiles;keeping track of all administrative documents; financial management e.g. preparing and managing annual budget; maintaining accurate financial records, including income, expenditure; processing salaries and remuneration for faculty, staff; providing administrative support in all activities of the college; admission and registration; examination management; liaisoning with govt. and non- govt. offices etc.
